- To ensure the health & safety of all our staff and clients we will be operating an online appointment service, this is inline with Contact Tracing and Social Distancing Requirements.
- Our phone line will NOT be taking appointments requests.
- Using our online system you can choose your preferred date-time-staff member & the service you require, you can also pay online and reschedule or cancel your appointment using the links on the confirmation email. On the day of your appointment you will receive a reminder text 2 hours before your appointment is due.
- You will be required to wear a mask throughout your appointment service, will supply you with a new grade 3 medical mask for this purpose, if for any reason you cannot wear a mask we will not be able to offer you our services (see note 8). If you feel unwell or have flu like symptoms do not attend on the day and cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Please come on time and alone for your appointment as we can only facilitate clients, exception to this is a minor can be accompanied by one adult (who must also wear a mask and practice social distancing while in the shop)
- On entering our premises you will be required to use the automatic hand sanitiser on the wall to your left.
- To ensure your health & safety all our staff have been Covid trained and will practice hand washing before and after each service they will also wear masks and for certain services a visor while attending you. All our work areas will be cleaned using medical grade wipes after each service. All our work equipment is constantly being sterilised using UV sterilisers and disinfection spray.
- If you have a family member (toddler/special needs/elderly) that cannot wear a mask contact Nigel using this email nigelsbarbershop@hotmail.com we will try to facilitate these requests. Please do not contact our phone line with special requests, use the email provided.
