1. There is No Charge to reschedule you appointment, you can do this using the link in your confirmation email.

2. You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund by emailing us at nigelsbarbershop@hotmail.com

3. Pre paid bookings that fail to show for appointments are Non refundable.
